قطر دولة راعية ومُموّلة للإرهاب
تحت هذا الشعار اجتمع اليوم العشرات من أبناء الجالية الكردستانية وممثلي المنظمات الحقوقية والمدنية في وقفة احتجاجية أمام مقر الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (الفيفا). في مدينة زيورخ السويسرية وذلك للمطالبة بإلغاء العقد المنظم مع قطر بخصوص مباريات كأس العالم القادم وذلك تنديداً بموقف قطر الداعم للإرهاب في العالم وتمويلها للعدوان التركي على شمال سوريا وممارسة التطهير العرقي بحق الكرد
هذا وقد سلم وفد مشكل من المحتجين رسالة باللغة الانكليزية وموقعة من (21) منظمة حقوقية ومدنية إلى رئاسة الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم فيما يلي نصها:

نحن – الموقعون من المنظمات ولجان حقوق الإنسان والمجتمع
المدني ومحبي الرياضة – نتوجه إليكم وكلنا أمل أن تقوموا بالتزاماتكم التي صرحتم
عنها مرارًا حول جعل بطولة كأس العالم أكثر شمولا.
مما يعني أن تكون بطولة كأس العالم لاترتبط بانتهاكات
حقوق الإنسان التي تتفشى في المنطقة ولكي تكون هذه المنظمة أكثر مصداقية في حماية
حقوق الإنسان فأنها لابد أن تلاحظ أن دولة قطر المضيفة لكأس العالم لعام 2022، أصبحت
جزءا عضويا من العدوان العسكري التركي في مناطق “شمال شرق سوريا” والتي
هي جزء من وطن كبير لشعب كبير يقطن المنطقة لكنه يعاني من كل صنوف القمع والاضطهاد.
ومع ذلك كان الاكفأ في مواجهة خطر امتداد تنظيم “داعش”
الإرهابي في المنطقة، لقد كان لهذا الشعب “الشعب الكردي شرّف مقاتلة داعش
والانتصار عليه في “الباغوز”.
لقد وضع إعلان قطر الرسمي عن تمويل حملة الإبادة
الجماعية التي تمارسها تركيا وما يسمى زورا “الجيش الوطني السوري” التابع
لها والمرتبط بها، بحق الشعب الكردي في روزافا كردستان، فيفا وكل القيم الإنسانية
على المحك، ويجعلها شريكة في هذه الانتهاكات التي تصل الى جرائم ضد الإنسانية إن
لم تتحرك بمسؤولية وسرعة.
نحن إذ نناشدكم بإتخاذ موقف من دولة قطر فلأننا نعي
أهمية هذه المؤسسة التي تجمع حولها ومعها الملايين من البشر التي ارتبط اسمها
بالرياضة.
ذات السمو والقيم الإنسانية، والتي عرفت عبر التاريخ
بأنها توحد بين الناس من مختلف الثقافات وتتميز بالنزاهة والاحترام، فهل يرضيكم أن
تكون دولة قطر راعية لهذه القيم وفي نفس الوقت ترعى وتموّل تركيا التي تقوم بتغيير
ديمغرافي وتطهير عرقي ونهب ممتلكات المواطنين في “سري كانييه/رأس
العين” وشردت أكثر من (250000) ألف من السكان المحليين من الكرد والعرب
والمسيحيين في الفلاة وفي هذا الشتاء القاسي. وأيضا الدولة ـ التركية ـ تمارس أبشع
من ذلك في عفرين المدينة الكردية التي باتت تتعرض لكل أنواع الانتهاكات والجرائم.

أنتم اليوم أمام مسؤولية تاريخية حقيقية، فإما أن تجسدوا
قيم الرياضة الإنسانية وتمارسوا دوركم بالضغط على دولة قطر بوقف تمويلها للعدوان
العسكري التركي والعودة الى مسار الرياضة من أجل الانسان وتعملوا بجهد ومن موقعكم
في رئاسة الفيفا إلى معاقبة دولة قطر على سلوكها المنافي للقيم الإنسانية
والرياضية أو أن تغضّوا النظر عن ذلك وبالتالي يمكن التخلي عن قيم فيفا الإنسانية
وتركها في حضن الإرهاب..!
وفي ذات السياق نناشدكم نقل بطولة دوري أبطال أوربا “يويفا”
من تركيا بسبب العدوان العسكري على سوريا من قبل قواتها المسلحة بالتعاون مع
مجموعات تمارس الإرهاب وتقوم بارتكاب جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية وجرائم
الإبادة الجماعية، وأيضا بسبب عدم التزام لاعبيها بقواعد الفيفا واستخدام إشارات
عسكرية في مباراتهم مع ألبانيا وفرنسا مما يدل على أن تركيا تقوم بنشر منهج
للإرهاب.
نحن نتطلع إليكم حاملين قيم فيفا، قيم الاتحاد من أجل
السلام، أن تساهموا في الحفاظ على قيم حقوق الإنسان وتحافظوا على حياة أكثر من
مليون إنسان ينتظرون في كل لحظة موتهم على يد الجيش التركي والمجموعات المسلحة
الحليفة له من بقايا “داعش” الارهابي، الذي دفع شعبنا أكثر من
(11500) شهيد وأكثر من (25) ألفاً من الجرحى في مواجهتهم.
فهل سيكون لهؤلاء الشهداء معنى لديكم ولدى العالم؟
كلنا أمل أن القيم الأوربية لن تخذلنا..!

We – the signatories
from organizations, human rights commissions, and civil society and sports
enthusiasts – are hoping that you will fulfill the commitments you have
repeatedly stated on making the World Cup more inclusive.
This means that the World Cup is not linked to the human rights violations that
are rampant in the region and that in order for this organization to be more
credible in protecting human rights, It should be noted that the host country of Qatar
for the World Cup 2022 has become an organic part of the Turkish
military aggression in the areas of “Northeast Syria”; which is part
of a large homeland for a large people living in the region but suffers from
all kinds of oppression. However, he was the most efficient in facing the
danger of the spread of the Islamic State terrorist organization in the region.
Kurdish people honored to fight ISIS and beat it in “Bagos”
Qatar’s official proclamation of the funding of the genocide campaign by Turkey
and its affiliated falsely called “Syrian National Army” who are its associates
against the Kurdish people of Rojava, Kurdistan, Viva and all human values at
stake, as it makes them partners in these violations, which results in crimes
against humanity if they do not act responsibly and rapidly.
We appeal to you to take a stand on the State of Qatar because we are aware of
the importance of this institution, which brings together with it millions of
people whose name has been associated with sport, which is ever known of
sublimity and human values, which has been known
throughout history to unite people of different cultures and is
characterized by integrity and respect.
Is it satisfying that the State of Qatar is a sponsor of these values and at
the same time sponsors and finances Turkey, which is taking a demographic
change, ethnic cleansing and looting of the property of citizens in Sri Kanye /
Ras Al-Ain and displaced more than 250,000 local Kurds, Arabs and Christians in this
cold winter?
The Turkish state also practices the ugliest in Afrin, the Kurdish city that is
exposed to all kinds of violations and crimes.
Mr. Gianni Infantino, you are facing a real historical responsibility today.
Either embody the human values of sport and practice your role by pressuring
the State of Qatar to stop funding the Turkish military aggression, and return
to the path of sport for man and work hard from your position in the FIFA
presidency to punish the State of Qatar for its behavior contrary to the human
and sports values or turn a blind eye to it and therefore abandon the values of
Viva for humanity and leave it in the bosom of terrorism.
In the same context, we urge you to transfer the UEFA Champions League 2022 from Turkey because of the military
aggression against Syria by its armed forces in cooperation with groups that
practice terrorism and commit war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide.
It is also due to the lack of compliance of its players with FIFA rules and the
use of military signals in their match with Albania and France, which indicates
that Turkey is spreading an approach to terrorism.
We look forward to you with the values of Viva, the values of the Union for
Peace, to contribute to the preservation of human rights values and to preserve
the lives of more than one million people waiting at every
moment to die by the Turkish army and allied
armed groups from the remains of the terrorist “ISIS”, which made Our
people lose more than 11,500 martyrs and more than 25,000 wounded.
Will these martyrs make sense to you and the world? We all hope that European
